XXL Verler workout
Verler class adapted for people who are overweight, which consists of exercises that they
can do without the risk of injuring themselves. The aim is that they can burn fat, and shape
and strengthen the whole body.
It includes a video with the following routines:
Standing workout routine with ballet barre exercises. These are performed using two
chairs, to exercise the legs together with the whole body, to correct posture and to
stimulate the aerobic metabolism.
Aerobic exercises, performed sitting down, with the aim of strengthening the whole body.
Stretching exercises.
Verler workout with hip prosthesis
It is a full-body workout class for people with hip prostheses. It includes advice about all
the things that must be taken into account when moving.
It includes a video with the following routines:
Exercises for loading and unloading the hips; performed standing up and holding to the
back of a chair.
Exercises aimed at strengthening the arms.
Exercises that teach how to sit down and stand up from a chair.

Verler class to exercise the whole body while sitting down. It is ideal for people who cannot
