Do the exercises have any impact?

How long does it take me to see some change?
It depends on the amount of classes you take per week. Changes are very deep, because these classes educate you and instruct you on how to take care of your body.
 
Are any specific problems taken into account?
Certainly, but in order for them to be considered, you must notify BA Verónica Lertari, through our means of communication, about the nature of those problems and the classes you have chosen. 
 
Are they taylor-made?
As long as you participate and inform us about your body and your choice of classes.
 
Who invented the method?
BA Verónica Lercari, so people could be able to work-out without getting injured.
 
Is the whole body involved?
From the face to the hands and feet, all the muscles and joints of the body.
 
I have a slipped disc, could I do them the same?
Of course, BA Verónica Lercari specializes in the spinal column and you must inform her of your problems, in order for her to be able to protect you.
 
If my knee is injured, could I do them the same?
Yes, but previously, regardless of any lesion you might have, you must always notify her of its nature, so that she may consider it, in the classes. Likewise, you must always notify her of which classes you will take.
